We are looking for an experienced consultant in Business Control Level 4 for our client in Stockholm for an assignment focused on financial monitoring, analysis, and support to the business operations as one of our client's employees goes on parental leave.

The assignment's scope is 100% during the period 2026-03-16 - 2026-08-31.

The assignment is placed within Finance & Accounting. Reporting will be to the CFO.

Responsibilities and areas of responsibility As a consultant in Business Control, you are responsible for ensuring accurate and relevant financial information and contributing with analysis and decision support to the business.

The assignment includes, among other things: Responsibility for tasks related to monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. Ongoing financial reporting to management and operations. Analysis of results, deviations, and key figures. Cost monitoring and budget follow-up. Handling and follow-up of supplier invoices. Support and advice to the business in financial matters. Contributing to the improvement and development of financial processes and routines.

Requirements related to development initiatives may occur in organization and collaboration.

The role is part of the Finance & Accounting group consisting of four employees and a manager. The work is done in close collaboration with both finance and accounting as well as other parts of the business and the group.

Consultant profile: Experience as a business controller with over 5 years of work in banks or financial companies. Used to contributing to the improvement and development of financial processes and routines. Experience in lending and leasing operations. Familiarity with Cognos Controller, Planning Analytics, Medius, and E1.

It is advantageous if you have worked with analytical tools and are interested in such methodologies. You are a forward-thinking and driven person as well as a positive team player.

Competence level Level 4

Knowledge: High generalist competence, or very high competence in one area.

Experience: Has participated in large assignments in various areas and completed assignments with very high quality, the level is normally achieved after 9-12 years as a consultant in the field. Has been at level 3 for at least 2 years.

Management: Takes primary responsibility for managing a larger group.

Independence: Very high.
